Training for BIM

My goal for the BIM is to finish the 13.1 miles half marathon in 3 hours and 30 minutes. Which is the time limit for the half-open category actually.

Hopefully the training schedule below will help me in my first half marathon.




Now, I'm in the 6th week and my legs are killing me already.

No more marathon after this! :P

c-rett: sy pun belum tau sampai finish line kah tdk nie. tapi sy dengar ada van yg akan sapu peserta2 yg tdk sempat sampai. so no worries! klu teda van pun, naik citybus sj la hahaha!

Weit! Good luck to both of us! But MORE AND MORE luck for me coz i probably need it MORE! hahahah... I'll probably get picked up by one of those van (duh!). Since it's puasa time, I haven't jog at all so far! By 5pm, energy depleted and mau tunggu sungkai only. Hihihihi!
